Is hel in niflheim?

Helheim, also known as the House of Hela, is one of nine worlds in Norse mythology. It is ruled over by Hel, the evil daughter of Loki the trickster god and his wife Angrboda. This is the Norse world's lowest level, and it is the location of this cold, dark, and misty abode for the dead.

Is this Hel Odin’s daughter?

Hel is described as a daughter by Loki in the Poetic Edda and Prose Edda. Hel is mentioned in the Prose Edda Book Gylfaginning as having been appointed ruler of a similar realm, Niflheim, by Odin.

Second, what is niflheim like? Niflheim, which is pronounced aNIF'el-hame,a from Old Norse Niflheimr;a, the World of Foga, is one of the Nine Worlds in Norse mythology. It is the homeland of primordial darkness and cold, mist and ice. It is the opposite of Muspelheim's cosmological principle, the world of heat and fire.
