Why has my garlic stopped growing?

A lack of water is another reason why a garlic plant may droop. Garlic needs to be kept in a moist environment. The plants should be watered with at least 2 inches of water per week. Too much water can cause garlic to fall over, so don't add too much.

This begs the question: Why is my garlicn not growing?

Extreme weather conditions can also cause garlic plants' stunting, which could result in a small bulb that is not fully developed. Similar stunting can be caused by pests like onion thrips or nematodes. Tops turn yellowing prematurely, bulbs deform and bulbs become yellowed by nematodes. Thrips are white spots on the leaves.
