What is TSAC F?

Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator ( TSAC - F ) is a national strength and conditioning association (NSCA) intermediate-level credential for health and fitness professionals who work with emergency personnel to improve their performance, promote wellness and reduce injury risk.



What is a TSAC examination?

This exam is intended to assess the use of scientific knowledge to physically prepare military, fire and rescue personnel, law enforcement, protective service, and other emergency personnel to improve their performance, promote wellness, decrease injury risk, and increase productivity.

How long does it take for NSCA certification?

To become certified, you must meet all eligibility requirements within one (1) calendar year. The exam scores are valid for one year from the date of the exam. All supporting documentation must be received by the NSCA BEFORE the one-year mark.
