What is the COPM, then?
The COPM is a client-centred outcome measurement that is individualized. Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) is an evidence-based outcome measurement that measures a client’s perception of their performance over time.
What does occupational engagement actually mean? Sometimes, engagementa is confused with participationa, but one word is used instead to describe the other. For example, Kie lhofner, 2002b, defines occupational participation as "Engagement in work or play or activities of daily life that are part one's sociocultural context, and that are desirable and/or necessary to."
