What is a "queue email"?

The mail in question was not received, rejected or bounced back to its original sender. "Queued for Delivery" refers to the fact that the mail has been received in HES outbound MTA, but not accepted by the receiving mail server for some reason.

Keep this in mind, what does a "queued" email mean?

Gmail cannot send outbox mail immediately because it is queued. However, Gmail will attempt to send it out later. It could be queried by Gmail for multiple reasons. Mailbox could be exceeding the threshold limit. Every online application has a limit, including Gmail and Google mail.

What is the reason why emails end up in your outbox? Large attachments can halt or slow down email sending. An installed add-in marks the email as viewed in Outbox. The Outlook account has not been authenticated by the mail service. The send/receive settings were incorrect and email sending is halted.

What does it mean to be in a queue?

queue. A queue refers to a collection of items, most often people. Queue is Latin for tail. It is a queue of people or vehicles that wait their turn. In the United States, it refers to a queue. If your English friend speaks about queuing up for the movie, this means you are in line for a ticket.

Why is my email going to my outbox but not being sent?

It is likely that Outlook is having trouble communicating with your outgoing mail server. This means that the email is stuck inside Outbox. Outlook isn't able to connect to your mail server in order to send it. Check with your email provider to ensure that your mail server settings remain current.
