Keep your rosemary in the refrigerator if you don't plan to use it within a week. Wrap the rosemary stems in a lightly dampened paper towel and wrap again in plastic wrap or a storage bag. Avoid wrapping rosemary too tightly as trapped moisture can encourage mold growth.
