How do you search a word?

Hold the Ctrl key and press the F key (Ctrl+F). This will open a text box that you can type in search terms (see image below).

It is also important to know how to search for a word within a Word document.

To search in Word for a particular word or phrase:

  2. In the Navigation pane, type the text that you wish to search for.

  3. Next, tap "Find and Replace."

It is also important to know how to find a specific word. Android applications Press Enter to display the search results. The search results are from the website you have entered. You can narrow down your search results by putting the search terms in quotation marks. This makes the search engine search for the exact phrase.

How can you search for multiple words within a Word document?

You can either go to the base folder for your Word documents, or you can have all the word documents that you wish to search through in the one folder. You will see a 'search field' in the address bar. Simply type the phrase/word you are looking for and Windows will show you the documents containing it.
